- Manage, planning and analyze business requirements of products and departments.
- Manage change in the project implementation progress.
- Project management by Agile/Scrum method, monitoring and reporting project progress to leaders on Jira, Trello.
- Assign, arrange task and evaluate results for members of the BA team.
- Build, describe functions, modules for products/services: BRD, SRS, FRS, User Story, Use Case.
- Build BPMN, UML models (Usecase diagrams, Sequence diagrams, Activity diagrams).
- Design Wireframes, Mockups & Prototypes and discuss UI/UX with the design team.
- Improve and optimize workflow processes to enhance team BA performance.
- Research new systems and products in the world to learn, apply, develop and optimize current systems.
- Support, coach, and train member to ensure project/Company requirements.
- Coordinate with the developer team, controlling progress and quality of the project.
- Monitor the quality of products with the testing team, to ensure compliance with the requirements.

Building a simple task management module like Trello, you can create tasks, assign members, estimate time ..etc. This module is designed to integrate into the ERP system and also includes so more advanced filter. The company's staff just log in to ERP and use this one.

HRM module is integrated into the ERP system that is designed to manage payroll, time tracking, recruitment and other administrative function.
